"A successful life guided by dead and courage". This is not the title of the tale, but is the real life story of a person, who in spite of facing many difficulties got the chance to read up to grade six in his motherland. But with his full effort, in his struggle full life, finally became a Chairman of a reputed manpower company. He is no other than Mr. D.B Dhital.

He was born in 1958 A.D. on the lap of Himalayas. His real struggle in life started from his age of 14, when his father expired. Then, he left his home to Mumbai, India started his job for the survival and further study and got his academic qualification up to bachelor's level in commerce. With this small earning, he supported his home according to his capacity. It was 1980 A.D, in which he started a job in Recruitment Company and stuck for 22 years. As a result, he got the chance to serve as a coronation in charge in a project in Gulf countries and collected many ideas as recliner, pipeline cleaner &other.

Whatever the situation is, the motherland & family are greatly beloved by all. He also wanted to return back to Nepal to live with his family and to start a business together. As the result he decided to run a Pashmina-project factory. It gave full satisfaction for some months. But within a year, no only his factory, the Pashmina producing business knocked down all over the country.

Now, there were no alternatives with him rather than joining the same line of recruiting company. He registered to company & got the license at 2000A.D, thinking about the benefit, that the country can get the remittance, he started to send recruits, especially the poor, rural, helpless and marginalized people to the different countries. And now, within the period of 4-5 years, he has succeeded in supplying more than 3000 people for the job in different countries. It is now, the very reliable company to supply human resources from Nepal.

He is providing service very successfully as a Chairman of the company. It is because of his long experience in the field of manpower supplying business nationally as well as internationally. As his hobby relies in social service, he considers this business as a social service and is sending helpless, marginalized & exported people as manpower with more reliable and transparent way. Some of the recruitment companies are imposing a large sum as the service charge and the people entangled in it since, they are not getting any better alternative.
